DESCRIPTION:This month will be a demonstration of sewing a little Love Bug. If you would like to get started on your Love Bug\, please bring 5 pressed fat quarters and straight pins. You will receive the instructions\, the pattern and we will have some added items on hand for you to create your little Love Bug. The finished size is approximately 16 inches in diameter. Below is a bit of how this cute Love Bug came about. We hope to collect several to donate to Cook Children’s Medical Center. \nPlease be sure to bring your projects you’ve been working on to show and tell. \nModa Fabrics is proud to partner with Creativity Shell to Sew Little Love Bugs to support Youth Mental Health and Arts Education. The Creativity Shell is a non-profit organization that\nteaches classes such as sewing/textile arts\, cooking\, building and other creative trades to students in their private studios\, libraries\, schools\, ABA therapy centers\, the juvenile justice system as well as shelters that rescue children from homelessness and human trafficking. All of their classes are designed to teach children essential life and practical skills.
